The input of the Government of Kosovo to the EC Country Report consists of main developments in Kosovo during the year. The Government of Kosovo has expressed its readiness to submit data to the European Commission on achievements made during the calendar year.
Data contained in such report focus on achievements towards:
- reform implementation;
- legislative and administrative capacity development;
- challenges outlined within European Commission Progress Report 2010, and
- Implementation of European Partnership priorities, through the European Partnership Action Plan.
This report is drafted on biannual basis, and is therefore divided into two documents. The first report is submitted in May and covers the period from September of the previous year to May of the current year, whereas the second Report covers the period from May to September of the current year.
The Progress Report is a European Commission tool for measuring progress made by a country in meeting the European agenda within a calendar year. This report is published once a year, in early October.
