Stabilisation and Association Council (SAC)

The Council is a political-level structure, which decides and gives recommendations on issues deriving in the light of SAA implementation and matters of common interest for both parties. It oversees SAA application and implementation. The Council convenes at an appropriate level, and in regular basis, or extraordinary meetings may be invoked, if required by the circumstances. The Council shall review any issue of importance emerging under this Agreement and any other issue of common interest.
